ΚΛΕΦΤΙΚΟ – KLEFTIKO

Fresh lamb marinated simply seasoned, herbs and cooked in the traditional clay oven (the Kleftiko) for eight hours until tender to fall off the bone. Served with fresh vegetables, rice, our hand cut fries or jacket potato.
